Happy Mummy 3

In this series, we are slowing it down and focusing on very simple movement and stretches to help keep the aches and pains away. Enjoy these 5 gentle movement sessions Mumma!

This series consists of 5 x 5 minute work outs, designed to be done as a one off work out, or pick and choose a few workouts to make a nice 15, 20 minute workout! you have the power! All you need for this workout series is a yoga mat.
